An important component of Peninsula Urology Associates is our on-site ambulatory surgery center (ASC).  While our major surgical procedures are preformed at Peninsula Regional Medical Center, most of our minor surgical procedures are performed in the convenience of our Salisbury office which is equipped with two state-of-the-art procedure suites.  Examples of procedures commonly done in the ASC include cystoscopy (viewing the urethra and bladder using a small scope), prostate ultrasound and biopsy, vasectomy, adult circumcision and other minor penile procedures, and urodynamics (voiding and bladder pressure studies). 

Patients find the experience of having procedures done in the ASC much more convenient, efficient, and less time consuming than having procedures done at the hospital. 

If you have a procedure scheduled in our Ambulatory Surgery Center, you will need to print out the forms on this page, fill them out, and mail them to:
